Background

Compuware Corporation (1981-2003)

Mr. Nathan served as President and COO beginning in November 1992. In this capacity he was responsible for developing and implementing strategy to grow the company from $200 million annual revenue to more than $2.2 billion. Mr. Nathan participated in the public and secondary offerings and was responsible for investor relations.

Prior to serving as president, Mr. Nathan was the executive in charge of the Software Products Division from 1988 through 1992 and the Professional Services division from 1984 through 1988.

During his tenure, Mr. Nathan evaluated, purchased and integrated ten private and public software firms. As part of that process, he worked with Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, DLJ and Robertson Stevens.

KPMG International (1978-1981)

Prior to joining Compuware, Mr. Nathan worked at KPMG as an Information Technology Management Consultant and Manager, where he was the firm’s practice director for Computer Resources Management Review and Computer Performance and Capacity Planning Practices.

National Bank of Detroit

Prior to joining KPMG, Mr. Nathan worked at National Bank of Detroit and Manufacturer’s National Bank for four years each as a Computer Operator, EDP Auditor, Computer Programmer and Senior Systems Programmer.
